Our shipping charges are based on the total weight of products ordered and the location to which we are shipping. Orders are usually processed and shipped the next business day. Once an order has been shipped (currently via UPS), you will be able to log in to your account and track your package(s) from our web site. Currently, we can only ship to the continental US.
All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days from receiving your order and sauces must be unopened. Additionally, all returns and exchanges must have a "Return Material Authorization" (RMA) number. We will not accept a return without one. To receive an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us, please email or call us. There is a 15% restocking fee and we do not refund shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error.
Although having to obtain an RMA number may sound tedious it is actually a very simple process. This process helps us to better our service to you, the customer, by allowing us to keep a detailed record of customer satisfaction and quality of product.
