Mo Hotta Mo Betta Thai Tamarino Sauce

Our unusual new creation features the Thai pepper, a skinny, unassuming little chile with a heat that catches you by surprise. Blended with tamarind, an unfamiliar pod-like fruit with a familiar taste (a fairly common steak sauce ingredient), the combination creates a mysterious southeast Asian flavor with a quick karate kick of heat. Excellent on meat and as an accent on Thai food.
