One teaspoon in one serving of food will give heat enough to make any chilehead happy. Normal people shall not use more than one or two drops in one serving of food. This is however not a sauce, it is a food additive, which only adds heat, not much taste to the food. Use it together with some milder chile sauce, which also adds some taste.
